# Daphne Online Writing Workshop (Seniors Only)

Love writing but want deeper feedback, structure, and guidance to help develop your voice? Apply to the Daphne Online Writing Workshop, a four-week summer program for dedicated high school seniors interested in serious creative writing.

We will select a small group of students to participate in an intensive and collaborative workshop environment focused on refining craft, expanding literary awareness, and developing original work.

Past participants have used this experience to strengthen their writing portfolios, publish in literary magazines, and receive recognition from programs such as the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and PYAA. Students connected to the Daphne community have also gone on to attend universities and writing programs, including Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, Iowa, Kenyon, Juniper, and Emerson.

## 📅 Program Structure

* 4-week online workshop held in July
* Weekly group sessions focused on writing instruction, peer critique, and discussion of contemporary literature
* Sessions hosted through Google Meet
* Additional written feedback and guidance provided throughout the program

## 💡 Program Fee

The cost of the program is $100.

However, the fee will be fully waived for students who demonstrate financial need. Accessibility is extremely important to us, and no student will be turned away for financial reasons.
